Senior Landman
10 years’ in-house experience working the Permian
Basin. The successful candidate must be
people/team-oriented, possess good interpersonal and
negotiating skills with the ability to create value
for the company. Experience with and a thorough
understanding of all related oil and gas contracts
required.
Oklahoma City, OK
Controller
Kirkpatrick Oil Company is seeking a Controller that
is highly driven and detail oriented with excellent
leadership and communication skills.
Essential Functions:
• Direct timely monthly
financial closing process including reporting
monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage company accounting functions for general
ledger, revenue and joint interest, fixed assets,
A/R and A/P.
• Analytical review and reporting of monthly
operational results with cost/revenue comparisons
and variance reporting.
• Develop/train accounting department resources.
• Coordinate forecasting and budgeting process for
all entities.
• Prepare year end workpapers for preparation of
annual tax returns.
• Provide accounting support for all operational
groups.
Requirements:
• BBA in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of industry related experience including
supervisory.
• Strong technical, analytical, evaluative and
problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Exceptional work ethic, with high emphasis on
quality of work.
Senior Geologist
Proven oil and gas finder.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in prospect generation
and exploration/development geology principally in
multiple U.S. onshore basins (including the
Mid-Continent). Working knowledge of Petra a plus.
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geology or
Geophysics required.
Production Engineer
Responsible for analyzing well performance,
designing and optimizing artificial lift
installations, identifying recompletion and
re-stimulation potential, preparing AFEs and
procedures, and conducting reviews of past
completion and stimulation techniques in order to
optimize future treatments. Bachelor’s of Science
degree in Engineering required. Previous experience
as a Production Engineer preferred.
