R. Kevin Preston — Business Development Manager

Preston joined Kirkpatrick Oil Company in 2008 as Manager of Business Development and Reservoir Engineering and is responsible for the company’s District Office in Denver, Colorado.

Before joining Kirkpatrick, he spent 23 years at Aviva, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Engineering and Acquisitions. Prior to that, Preston spent seven years at Petro-Lewis Corporation in various technical and managerial positions. He has experience in most of the geologic basins in the United States with an emphasis on reservoir engineering and property evaluation.

Preston graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1978 and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
